There are cultural events most weekends and wonderful fiestas in the summer.
Amongst the permanent cultural attractions the following should not be missed:

-Walled mountain top town of Morella
-Castle and old part of Valderrobres
-Medieval viilages of la Fresneda, Beceite, Penarroya and Fuentespalda
-Historic town of Horta St Joan and the Picasso Museum
-Civil war ruined villages and visitor center in Corbera del Ebro
-Dinosaur museum in Penarroya
-Day trip around the Maestrazgo wilderness
-Wildlife spotting around the masia- Ibex, red squirrels, wildboar, vultures and eagles
- Medieval convents, sancturaries and hermitages scattered across the province
