Jenny is our in house chef and creates wonderful dishes from Peru and Aragon. The Gastronomy is a very important part of any visit to the masia . On summer evening guests can have dinner on the terrace overlooking the mountains. We try and use our own ingredients such as almonds and truffles where possible and each week we cook lamb in the outside oven. For those that like fish jenny is an expert in Peruvian ceviche and we have regular beautiful paellas throughout the season. Luis is also always on hand to make the perfect Pisco Sour.
For the serious foodies truffle hunting can be organised as well as trips to local olive oil and ham producers as well as a host of wonderful wineries and for the real aficionados trips can be made to the stunning wine region of Priorat.
