In these challenging and difficult times our priority is to continue offering our guests excellent service in a secure environment.
To achieve this Mas de la Serra is following the guidelines laid down by the Spanish authorities in collaboration with the World Health Organisation. These include a rigorous cleaning procedure and social distancing to ensure that all guests feel relaxed and comfortable in a safe environment.
The Measures include:
· Training staff in the new health and safety protocols as well as wearing masks.
· Hand sanitiser in all reception rooms.
· Procedures for deep cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces and facilities.
