Project Description
Gastronomy is an important part of any guest’s visit to the masia
Jenny our in-house chef, creates wonderful dishes from both her homeland of Peru and local Aragonese delicacies. We aim to use our own local ingredients as much as possible. Cured meats, local cheese, Valencian oranges, lamb (baked in our outdoor oven), almonds and truffles are just a few of the local foods available to us. Dinner is a delicious set menu with all specialist diets and allergies taken into consideration. For those that like fish Jenny is an expert in Peruvian ceviche and we also serve fabulous paellas throughout the season.
On summer evenings guests can have dinner on the terrace overlooking the mountains, whilst Luis is also always on hand to make the perfect Pisco Sour. Our bodega (cellar) offers a variety of both local and national wines, Scottish malt whiskies and Hendrick’s Gin.
Our 3 course set dinner menu is €35 / head. Please advise of allergies before arrival.
