Join Penelope in ’Picasso Country’ for a 6 day painting holiday where you will be part of a small group of 6 – 8 painters.  The course is suitable for painters in  watercolour or mixed media.  All standards are welcome.

We will be painting en plein air as much as possible with plenty of personal guidance for whatever level you’re at.   Penelope will demonstrate a lot of technique throughout the week, helping with colour mixing, drawing, composition, perspective and all the elements of painting. You will be encouraged to follow your own intuition and voice but perhaps to try some new ways of looking and interpreting too.

Immerse yourself in this beautiful part of Spain and enjoy letting your creativity unfurl whether it’s through painting in the almond grove at the Masia, with its dramatic surrounding landscape, or on one of the painting excursions to local towns and scenic vistas.

This is a chance to paint in a relaxed atmosphere, in beautiful surroundings and with lots of guidance to push your painting forward.  You will be inspired by the grandeur and uniqueness of the area but also find time to relax and enjoy very good food and company!
